Health Guarantee at Time of Pickup
All chicks leave Lazzzy D Farm appearing healthy and active. Each chick is visually inspected before pickup or delivery. Because poultry health can change rapidly due to stress, transport, environment, or exposure to other birds, we do not offer ongoing health guarantees once chicks leave our care.
No Liability After Transfer of Ownership
Disease Claims and Flock Health
We pride ourselves on providing healthy, well-cared-for chicks, and we maintain strict biosecurity on our farm. However, because we cannot control the conditions chicks encounter after leaving our care, we cannot accept responsibility for claims that our chicks caused illness in another flock. By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge that biosecurity, quarantine, and flock management are their responsibility.
Quarantine Requirement
Customers agree to quarantine all new birds for a minimum of 2–4 weeks before introducing them to an existing flock. Failure to quarantine increases the risk of disease transmission and voids any implied health expectations.
No Refunds on Live Animals
Due to the nature of live poultry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges on chicks, hatching eggs, or adult birds once they leave our farm.

Pickup Policy
Chicks must be picked up at the scheduled time. Delays may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of deposit. Once chicks are handed over, the customer assumes full responsibility.
