📬Shipping Risks
- Eggs are fragile and may be damaged during transit despite careful packaging.
- We carefully monitor weather conditions and will postpone shipments during extreme events to protect the viability of your embryos.
- Our goal is to ensure that your hatching eggs arrive promptly and in the best possible condition.
📦Shipping & Handling
- Each shipment is clearly marked to inform transport personnel of the fragile contents. Boxes are clearly labeled “Fragile"
- Once the package leaves our possession, we have taken every possible precaution to protect the eggs during transit.
- Orders are shipped to avoid weekends, holidays, and other potential delays.
- All shipments are sent via Priority mail and held at your local Post Office for pickup. The Post Office will notify you upon arrival.
- We are NPIP Certified and can ship within the US.
🥚 Fertility & Quality Assurance
- Eggs are candled weekly to monitor fertility rates.
- We do not knowingly sell infertile eggs. If fertility drops, we will update you via email.
- Please note that the shipment date provided is an estimate. Production timelines may vary, as laying rates can fluctuate naturally. Should any delay occur, you will be promptly informed via email.
🐣Hatch Rate Disclaimer
- Successful hatching depends on many factors outside our control, including shipping conditions and incubation practices.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that hatch rates are not guaranteed.
💳 Payment & Order Fulfillment
- Payment is required at the time of order for shipped eggs.
- Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled in full, substitutions of a different breed (same price bracket) may be provided. Upon customers' approval.
- We accept Cash, Zelle and Venmo (If you choose this method, you will be responsible for any additional cost if accrued.)
📍 Customer Responsibilities
- Shipment will be labeled "HOLD FOR PICKUP" with your phone number. Your local post office will contact you once they arrive. (This helps decrease temperature variations and extra handling.)
- Upon pickup, customers must:
- Inspect the box condition.
- Open the package and check the eggs immediately.
🔄 Refunds & Replacements
- Notify Lazzzy D Farm within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Refunds or replacements are only offered for eggs that arrive visibly broken.
- No refunds or replacements are offered for failed hatches.

- Due to conditions beyond our control during transport and incubation, we cannot guarantee hatchability of any eggs sold.
